Snow Bunny Jam isn’t like most other jams on the market today.  Other companies cook and over process their fruit.  Snow Bunny’s jam is different.  Most commonly this type of jam is known as “freezer jam”.  The jam is never cooked but instead frozen to preserve the original flavor and nutrients of the fruit.  And the difference is obvious.  Snow Bunny Jam is “freezer jam” just like your mom used to make.

Product note: Like most freezer jams, Snow Bunny Freezer Jam has a fridge life of about 1 month, but can be kept in the freezer for over a year.  The taste remains as fresh as the day the fruit was picked. Enjoy!
